Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting for a Class 1 HGV Driver in Sittingbourne, Kent. New Pass drivers are welcome, with ongoing temporary work that could become permanent for the right candidate. You will drive modern Curtain Sider vehicles, on 12-hour shifts starting between 04:00 and 07:00, approx.

48 hours per week. Key responsibilities include delivering safely and professionally, following all transport and safety procedures, conducting vehicle checks, and reporting any defects.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply.

Pay Rate: £16.91 - £38.98 per hour

Hours: 12-hour shifts, start times between 04:00 AM and 07:00 AM, approximately 48 hours per week
