Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work in Goole. Consolidated pay rates (paid weekly) the rate of pay is £18.99 per hour. This role offers night shifts working Monday to Friday (Rail sector) with the start times from 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Conducting pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to ensure roadworthiness
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, logbooks and other necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Following all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV 1/C+E Licence, DCPC & Tacho cards
• Minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience with no more than 6 points no DD/DR Code convictions
• Comply with on‑site health and safety requirements and understand driver’s hours and WTD legislation
