Culina is seeking professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our Chilled & Fresh team in Washington, supporting our operations and delivering to key retail customers across the UK.

This permanent, full‑time role covers RDCs, farms and packhouses with flexible start windows. We value safe driving, customer service and dependable delivery standards, and we offer fully funded CPC training, safety rewards and recognition schemes.

Formación

• Carry out safe, professional deliveries to customer premises across the UK.
• We have a variety of roles available including Night Outs, Trunking, Scotland Return Runs and local store deliveries.
• Complete nationwide deliveries of palletised goods to Regional Distribution Centres, Farms and Packhouses
• Report to the Transport team at the start of each shift and keep them updated on delays, delivery issues or load discrepancies.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and ensure PODs are signed and returned to the Transport Office.
• Follow company procedures, including health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage your working time in line with the Road Transport Directive and tachograph rules.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects correctly and take responsibility for your unit and trailer, including temperature checks where required.
• Maintain a professional standard of behaviour, appearance and customer service at all times.
