Job summary

M4 Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for trunking and store delivery roles based in Bellshill. Regular patterns with 05:00 or 14:00 starts, daily checks, and paperwork are involved.

Applicants must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC, digital tachograph card, and have at least 1 year of Class 1 experience. DD/LST is advantageous; weekly pay and competitive rates offered.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum of 1 year's Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous DD or LST experience is advantageous.
• Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Daily vehicle checks and completing all relevant paperwork.
• Safe and efficient transportation of goods between distribution centres.
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive and road transport legislation.
