Job summary

We are seeking a reliable HGV Driver to join Tarmac Trading Limited in Gravesham, Kent. The role involves delivering bulk and packed cement between Tarmac sites and to customers, ensuring loads are secured and aligned with safety standards.

You will load using fixed access steps and communicate with the office to receive instructions. Full training is provided and prior experience in construction transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Class 1 HGV driver, ideally within construction or bulk transport.
• Ability to communicate with a busy office for instructions and information.
• HGV Class 1 licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tarmac bulk and packed cement between sites and to customers.
• Load and unload using fixed access steps as part of the loading process.
• Adhere to Safety, Health and Environmental standards and internal policies.
