Job summary

GXO Logistics Bolton is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our transport team, delivering goods to nationwide stores and customer premises in partnership with Currys. This full-time role follows a 5 on, 3 off pattern with 48 hours per week and a 16:00–22:00 start window.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph Cards.
• No more than 6 current penalty points; no DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods using single and double deck lorries to retail stores and customer premises nationwide, working efficiently to complete scheduled drops.
• Complete 2 to 3 deliveries per day, transporting both palletised and free-standing goods.
• Safely unload goods upon arrival at each delivery destination with assistance provided for two-person lifts where required.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner while ensuring required documents are completed accurately and on time.
