Responsibilities

Job description

JAM Staffing Solutions are recruiting a large number of HGV Class 1 drivers for our prestigious Willenhall based client.

Start times between 04.00am - 06.00am. Ongoing work all year round

Delivering food and drink products to Stores, and small supermarkets.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good geographical knowledge of the UK road systems.

Must hold valid licence for the category of vehicle, CPC and Digi card.

The job role includes:

• Multi-drop - between 5 and 15 deliveries.
• Roll cage deliveries of products to foodservice establishments using refrigerated vehicles and tail-lifts.
• Collection of empty roll cages and customer waste/returns.
• Hand-ball deliveries are required.
• Start times are between 04.00am - 06.00am.
• Nationwide deliveries.
• Must be polite and well mannered as role will be customer facing.

PAY RATES

PAYE Rates

• Weekdays £17.00ph
• Saturday £20.00ph
• Sunday £21.00ph

PAYE Rates with Rolled up Holiday Pay

• Weekdays £19.05ph
• Saturday £22.40ph
• Sunday £23.52ph

A full assessment which could be up to 5 -6 hours will be required before starting work, this will be paid if successful.
