Job summary

Jobs4 is seeking a motivated HGV Class 1 Driver to join our logistics team for a Monday–Friday tramping tipper role. You will help ensure timely deliveries, safety, and professional service across locations.

The position requires a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license with a clean record, MPQC qualification, tipper and quarry experience, and willingness to undertake tramping. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections and uphold driving regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license with a clean driving record (no more than 6 points).
• MPQC qualification required.
• Tipper experience essential.
• Quarry experience preferred.
• Must be willing to undertake tramping work.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
• Communicate professionally.
• Strong knowledge of driving regulations and safety protocols for commercial vehicles.
• Delivery driver experience with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods as HGV Class 1 driver on a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report any defects.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team.
• Support potential temp-to-perm path after ~3 months.
