Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for our Carnforth operation. You will operate a modern Class 1 vehicle, complete deliveries and collections across our national network, and uphold safety and compliance.

We offer a stable permanent role with shift patterns Monday–Friday, a competitive base salary of £42,821.49 plus potential to earn £45,000 per year with overtime and bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E (Class 1) licence and CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card held and up to date.
• Understanding of EU Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive.
• No more than 6 points on licence (no TT, DD, DR).
• Safety-minded, reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely, legally and efficiently.
• Complete deliveries and collections on time.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Comply with EU Drivers' Hours and WTD regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the transport team.

What You Can Expect

• £42,821.49 basic salary
• Typical earnings of £45,000 per year (including bonuses & overtime)

Shift start window:

17:30-19:30PM

Your Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely, legally, and efficiently
• Complete deliveries and collections on time
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
• Comply with EU Drivers' Hours and WTD regulations
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the transport team
• Represent Kinaxia Warrington professionally at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Valid C+E (Class 1) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Understanding of EU Drivers' Hours and WTD legislation
• No more than 6 points (no TT, DD, DR codes)
• Strong communication skills and safety-first mindset
• Reliable and professional approach
