Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for Class 1 Drivers (C+E) in South Normanton. This ongoing role offers Monday to Friday work with early starts from 5am and occasional 4am starts. Depot-to-depot deliveries are required, with permanent opportunities for the right candidate after a trial period.

Applicants must hold a CE Class 1 licence, CPC, and a digital tachograph card, with a minimum of two years’ driving experience to be considered.

• HGV/LGV CE Class 1 Licence (C+E) required.
• Valid CPC and digital tachograph card required.
• Minimum 2 years’ driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Depot-to-depot deliveries.
• Start times typically from 5am (occasional 4am starts).
• Maintain vehicle standards and comply with CPC and tachograph rules.
• Possibility of permanent opportunities after a successful trial period.
