Job summary

Strong Group Recruitment are looking for reliable HGV Class 1 and Class 2 drivers for a busy operation in Trafford Park, Manchester.

We offer regular ongoing work with Monday to Friday shifts, starts between 6am and 8am, and flexible days. Full-time or individual days available. Pay £18.50-£21.00 per hour for Class 1 and Class 2 roles, with trunking, multidrop, pump truck and tail lift tasks. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card, knowledge of drivers' hours and timekeeping required.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations.
• Reliable with good communication and timekeeping.

Strong Group Recruitment are currently looking for reliable HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers for a busy transport operation based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Due to an increased volume of work, our client is looking for additional drivers to support their ongoing operations.

We have regular work available Monday to Friday, with flexibility for drivers who can only commit to certain days each week. Start times are generally between 6am and 8am, although these can be adjusted to suit individual availability.

Whether you're looking for a full working week or just a few extra shifts, we'd be happy to hear from you.

Class 1 Drivers - £20.00-£21.00ph

• Standard Class 1 curtainsider trunking work

• Straightforward trunking routes

• Regular ongoing work

• Monday to Friday, with flexible days available

Class 2 Drivers - £18.50-£19.80ph

• Class 2 multidrop deliveries

• Using a pump truck and tail lift

• Loading and unloading as required

• Regular ongoing work

• Monday to Friday, with flexible days available

Shifts & Benefits

• Minimum 8 hours guaranteed pay per shift

Driver Requirements
