Job summary

Thermotraffic in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an experienced HGV C+E Driver to transport temperature-controlled goods safely across the UK. You'll represent our business professionally and ensure deliveries meet all transport legislation.

With a Monday to Friday pattern and a competitive salary plus bonus opportunity, you will join an international cold chain logistics team that values safety, teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years HGV driving experience.
• Valid C+E licence.
• Experience with temperature-controlled distribution is preferred.
• Maximum of 3 penalty points with no driving disqualifications.
• Good spoken and written English.
• A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver temperature-controlled goods safely and on time.
• Complete vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Manage your driving hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) compliance.
• Maintain Driver CPC requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery and collection points.
• Follow all company and legal health & safety procedures.
• Complete any required training.
