Job summary

L S Smellie Ltd in Strathaven is seeking an experienced HGV Bulk Blower Driver & Operator to join our rural delivery team. You will drive bulk blowing vehicles to deliver animal feed and support our supply chain with flexible, customer-focused service.

You'll work away from motorway driving at times, maintain vehicles to company standards, and ensure compliance with transport laws. A reliable, proactive approach and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• LGV Licence required (Essential) with Class 1 desirable.
• Driver CPC is essential.
• Experience delivering to agriculture or animal feed is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV vehicles to deliver and collect animal feed.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand.
• Ensure full compliance with transport laws and safety standards.
• Maintain vehicles in line with company procedures for fleet efficiency.
• Support the team with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
