We’re offering a fantastic career development opportunity for a driven and conscientious individual to join our team as a HGV Aftersales Manager at our busy Manchester depot.
Reporting directly to the Group HGV Aftermarket Manager, the successful candidate will take the lead in driving the depot’s performance forward — providing vision, leadership and professionalism of the highest standard.
You’ll be responsible for maximising profitability and return on investment through the effective use of resources, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong service and parts performance. Maintaining our competitive edge means continually meeting and exceeding customer expectations while building upon service and parts sales volumes and profitability.
You’ll also take charge of site management — including health and safety compliance, facility management, and acting as the main point of contact for both customers and suppliers visiting the depot.
