Ashton Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operative/Van Driver for a Belfast-based client. The role focuses on warehouse order preparation and delivering items to clients in Castlereagh.

The position is temporary to permanent with a pay rate of £14 per hour and typical hours from Monday to Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-12:30pm. Role includes loading vans, serving customers face-to-face and by phone, and supporting collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C licence.
• Valid and up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Previous warehouse / customer services experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Access NI check is essential.
• Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland.

Responsabilités

• Picking & packing orders according to customer specification.
• Loading delivery vans and ensuring orders are loaded correctly for delivery.
• Building relationships with customers via face to face or telephone when placing orders.
• Assisting customers with collection of orders as well as recommending products they may require for purchase.
• Van driving duties.
