Newrest is seeking a Driver responsible for the safe and timely delivery of in-flight catering supplies and equipment to aircraft and airport terminals. You will drive a designated route and ensure compliance with aviation safety and hygiene standards, including airside procedures.
Shifts are rotating nine and a half hours, five on three off, with varying start times between 4:00 and 13:00 and finish between 13:30 and 22:30.
As a Driveryou will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of in-flight cateringsupplies and equipment to aircraft and airport terminals, ensuring compliancewith aviation safety, hygiene standards and airside driving regulations. Youwill drive a designated route and have responsibility for catering andstripping aircraft.
Must beflexible to work shifts as operations run seven days a week requirement(including evenings and public holidays), you will be required to extend shiftsdepending on airside operational requirements.
Rate: £18.19 per hour
Overtime:1.2 of hourly rate, after the completion of 173 hours in the payroll calendarmonth
