Job summary

Staffline is recruiting an HGV1 driver for depot delivery and trunking work across local and national RDCs. The role requires flexible availability, including Saturdays, with typical 12-hour shifts and on-site support. A digi card and DQC card, plus Class 1/2 qualifications, are essential.

The position offers a sign-on bonus and weekly pay, with new vehicles and on-site parking. 28 days holiday accrual and an organized rota contribute to a stable work schedule.

Qualifications

• 6 months driving experience required and recorded on digi card.
• Digi card and DQC card handling.
• Class 1 and Class 2 qualification held.
• Able to record manual entries on the Digi system.

Responsibilities

• Depot delivery and collection work between local and national RDCs.
• Trunking trailers between sites.
• Operate across 7 days with weekend availability.

Your Time at Work

As an HGV1 driver, the work will involve Depot Delivery and collection work, trunking trailers between local and national RDC's.

Drivers are required across all 7 days Monday - Sunday. Must be flexible and able to work Saturdays.

You may be requested to:

• Drive a Class 2 (rigid) vehicle
• Nights Out (optional)

Our Perfect Worker

Will be flexible to work 2 hours either side of preferred start time window and be able to commit to a rota in advance.

As an HGV 1 driver, you will ideally have:

• No more than 6 points
• Digi and DQC cards
• Class 1 and 2 qualified
• Experience using a Digi card and be able to record manual entries
