Responsibilities

• Transport large goods to and from various sites across NI.
• Work with a large aerospace company providing logistics.
• Assist with loading & offloading aerospace parts.
• Shunt aerospace parts to various sites within the yard.
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures.

Skills

Our client, a large logistics company based in Belfast are currently hiring a HGV 1 Driver to operate their class 1 Lorries, transporting materials from site to site across NI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road but needs more fixed hours for a better work/ life balance. Position: HGV 1 Driver

Location: Belfast

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £14.82 per hour + Overtime

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am to 1.30pm

Responsibilities

• Transporting large goods to and from various sites across NI
• Working with a large aerospace company providing logistics & transport solutions business to business across NI.
• Assisting with loading & offloading of aerospace parts
• Shunting aerospace parts to various sites within the yard
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures as set out by the business

Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

• Valid UK Clean category C+E Driving Licence
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience moving oversized loads
