Qualifications

  • Knowledge of NEC3/4 contract administration.
  • Experience in cost planning, benchmarking, and value engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Manage costs and ensure value across construction and maintenance projects.
  • Support Works and Capital Projects teams with cost estimation and budgeting.
  • Prepare detailed cost plans and monitor project budgets.
