Qualifications

• You will be required to undertake a DBS check prior to appointment.
• Enthusiasm to learn and undertake continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness including vacuuming and dusting objects.
• Being part of the Salvage Team for Longleat House and exhibitions.
• Taking part in annual deep clean of rooms and stores.
• Cleaning staff facilities such as offices and breakrooms.
• Undertaking tasks as part of the integrated pest management programme.

Skills

Interest in history, historic buildings and historic objects

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Ability to work from ladders and tower scaffolds

Willingness to work in cold and dusty environments

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
