Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Lichfield are seeking an Architect with heritage and conservation experience to join their established practice. You will work on heritage and adaptive reuse projects from inception to completion at their Lichfield studio.

ARB registered with Post RIBA Part 3, proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, strong drawing and design skills, and good communication. The role is permanent and requires living within commuting distance of Lichfield.

Qualifications

• Arb registered (Architects Registration Board)
• Post RIBA Part 3 qualification
• Experience in heritage and conservation projects in UK
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Job running and contract administration desirable
• Desire to work towards AABC or RIBA Conservation accreditation
• Live within commutable distance to Lichfield

Responsibilities

• Deliver heritage and adaptive reuse projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare listed building consent applications
• Survey historic fabric and produce technical design packages
• Work with design team on day-to-day project information
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
