HelloFresh is seeking a Category Management Graduate for European Herbs to join our procurement team in London. You will support day-to-day procurement across six European markets, help manage supplier relationships, and contribute to strategic initiatives such as cross‑dock pilots and sustainability programs.

We’re looking for analytically sharp, commercially curious graduates with a passion for fresh produce and supply chains. English fluency is essential and travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Internships, placements or academic projects in analytical/commercial environment are a plus.
• Interest in food, agriculture, or global supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day procurement activities for the European Herbs category across six markets.
• Support execution of category strategy, gather market data and track supplier performance.
• Assist tender processes, data preparation and preliminary commercial analysis.
• Help maintain cost reporting, invoice tracking and supplier data.
