Maximus is hiring a part‑time Helpline Services Worker to support CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), a leading UK mental health charity. As a Helpline Services Worker, you’ll manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats from individuals experiencing mental health concerns. You’ll provide calm, empathetic support and signpost users to appropriate services, ensuring every interaction meets high standards of care and compliance.
