A leading IT support company based in Morley seeks a Helpdesk Technician for their 2nd line support team. The role involves providing critical support for IT systems, troubleshooting network issues, and working closely with users to resolve technical challenges. Our client is looking for 2x Helpdesk Technician's within the 2nd line support team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will handle escalated support issues, helping users with desktops, servers, networking, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other IT systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with solid technical knowledge and great customer service skills.
Full Time Perm Position. Monday to Friday, Fully Office based. Hours: 8:45am-5:15pm. Location: Morley, Leeds. Salary: £25,000- £30,000 DOE. A supportive and collaborative team environment. Exposure to a wide range of technologies. Opportunities for training and career development.
