ManpowerGroup Inc. are working with a client based in Morley that specialise within IT support and services. Our client is looking for a 2x Helpdesk Technician's within the 2nd line support team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will handle escalated support issues, helping users with desktops, servers, networking, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other IT systems. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with solid technical knowledge and great customer service skills.

The role
  • Full Time Perm Position
  • Monday to Friday, Fully Office based
  • Hours: 8:45am‑5:15pm
  • Location: Morley, Leeds
  • Salary: £25,000‑£30,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line support for Windows, Office 365, and other core systems
  • Troubleshoot network issues (LAN, WAN, firewalls, routers, VPNs)
  • Support remote access tools (RDP, VPN) and disaster recovery solutions
  • Monitor system alerts and respond to tickets via the helpdesk platformKeep users informed on issue progress and planned outages
  • Escalate complex issues to 3rd line or field engineers
  • Log time accurately on support tickets
What You’ll Need
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, Intune)
  • Experience with Windows Server
  • Good understanding of networking: VLANs, port forwarding, routing, switching
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office apps
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Must have worked in an MSP environment!
