Job summary

NEC Software Solutions in Worcester is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join our teams. You will support the Project Management and Service Delivery teams, based in our Worcester office, working Monday to Friday.

The role offers practical training and development, with exposure to governance processes, end-user support, and regular reporting. You will gain a broad view of how a large multinational organisation operates and contribute to delivering public-facing software solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or training on software solutions.
• Helpdesk experience desirable.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office product suite.
• Experience with data entry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a team or independently using own initiative.
• Structured & proactive approach with an attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support projects, implementation and service delivery teams.
• Assist with general administration: collect client information, create user logins, and distribute to end users.
• Assist with producing training materials.
• Support weekly reports and project tasks.
• Adhere to governance processes in daily duties.

The role will be based in Worcester office, working Monday to Friday and will report to the Project Management Team and the Service Delivery Team within the Health business area.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a small team and providing support to the projects and implementation team and the service delivery team.


• General administration tasks to support the team I.e., collecting information from clients, creating user login accounts, and disseminating these out to end users.


• Assisting with producing training materials.


• Supporting with weekly reports and project tasks.


• Adherence to Governance processes when completing daily duties.


• Provide support to end users.
