Job Title: Helpdesk Coordinator – Cleaning & Mobile Support
Location: Office-Based (Portsmouth HQ)
Hours: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Weekdays), 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Weekends)
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (to mirror mobile cleaning team)
Contract Type: Part-Time
Are you an early bird with a sharp mind and a calm head under pressure? We’re looking for a fast-thinking, proactive Helpdesk Coordinator to support our team of Mobile Cleaners and over 200 cleaning operatives across the South of England.
Working from our Portsmouth HQ, you\'ll start each day at 5am, making sure every cleaner is where they need to be, clocked in on time, and ready to go. If there’s a gap in the rota, someone off sick, or a last-minute client request, you’ll be the one who makes sure it’s sorted—quickly and calmly.
Part-time, fixed shift pattern that fits into a 4-on-4-off routine. Early starts mean your afternoons are free. Supportive team environment and full training.
