A leading educational institution in Bournemouth is seeking a dynamic individual to provide administrative support to the Estates and Facilities Department. Responsibilities include managing contractor administration, logging Estates requests, and covering room bookings. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and be prepared for a vibrant work environment. Flexible working arrangements may be considered.
The Estates and Facilities Department are looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join the Estates Admin Team in providing administrative support to the Maintenance and Campus Operations. The role will be based at the Estates Office at our Talbot Campus in a busy and vibrant environment dealing with contractors and members of the Maintenance and Campus Operations Team. The tasks undertaken by the role will be varied and include contractor administration including granting access to buildings, logging and processing Estates requests (including building defects) and providing relief cover for room bookings.
This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service’s Points Based System.
