VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a long-term client that are hiring a Helpdesk Administrator to join their growing team.

This is a temporary contract expected to last for a period of 3 months.

About you
  • Experienced in administration, helpdesk support, or office coordination
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and/or Compliance processes
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
  • Competent with MS Office and general IT systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
What you'll do
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, including managing shared inboxes, documentation, and office coordination
  • Act as the first point of contact for the internal helpdesk, logging, prioritising, and following up on requests
  • Support Health & Safety and Compliance activities, including maintaining records, updating policies, conducting basic checks, and preparing documentation
  • Assist with audits, training logs, contractor compliance, and certifications
  • Ensure internal processes and systems are tracked, updated, and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries and ensure smooth operational support
  • Support ongoing improvements to administrative and compliance processes
