We are seeking to recruit a Helpdesk Assistant – Corporate Asset Team
The successful candidate will understand the requirements to deliver the highest level of customer service and have experience in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong communication and people management skills are required with the ability to engage customers/building users on often challenging maintenance issues.
Working closely with Maintenance, building users and Facilities Management to ensure maintenance tasks are logged and instructions issued for all assets and liaising with contractors to ensure that work is carried out safely, safe working practices are followed, and high quality work is delivered at all times.
