Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance and development of an Apprentice in your team
  • Deliver strong results in Innovation and Communication campaigns for the brand
  • Lead cross‑functional teams and projects
  • Foster entrepreneurial spirit and think outside the box
  • Diagnose topics and turn them into clear recommendations and strategies
  • Show good accountability to deliver results against project timelines and objectives
  • Maintain rigorous quality of work with great attention to detail
  • Coach and manage direct reports
  • Hold internal and external partners to account
  • Remain agile, work with ambiguity, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in a flexible, hybrid environment
Qualifications
  • Experienced Assistant Brand Manager with a clear track record of delivering strong results in Innovation and Communication campaigns
  • Proven experience in leading cross‑functional teams and projects
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Degree level in Marketing or Business‑related studies is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in Food Service is preferred but not essential
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical ability to diagnose a topic and turn this into a clear set of recommendations and strategies
