Job summary

Yorkshire Helicopters at Leeds East Airport is seeking a qualified FI(H) to join our instructional team. The roleInitially involves delivering PPL(H) training on the Robinson R44, helping students develop skills, confidence and judgement to become safe helicopter pilots.

As the team grows, opportunities may arise to expand training to the B206 JetRanger and progress toward CPL(H). The position is offered on a part-time or full-time basis, with a preference for at least two days per week.

Qualifications

• UK CAA FI(H) Certificate required.
• Robinson R44 type rating preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to Leeds East Airport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PPL(H) training on the Robinson R44.
• Support students to develop skills, judgment and confidence to become pilots.
• Grow training activities onto the B206 JetRanger and CPL(H) training as opportunities arise.
