Job summary

A2M Safety is seeking a Safety Technician / Safety Installer to cover client sites across the UK, based around Weston-super-Mare. The role involves hands-on installation, inspection and maintenance of fall protection systems, with training provided to develop NVQ Level 2.

You will travel across the UK, often staying away for short periods. A company van is provided for the right candidate, and there is structured training to build specialist qualifications in height safety.

Qualifications

• Strong hands on skills and confidence using tools and equipment.
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to take responsibility on site.
• Practical problem solving skills and good attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay away when required.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on site installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing fall protection systems.
• Work from technical drawings, complete site inspections and reports, identify issues and ensure safety.
