A leading airport operator in Nailsea is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Engineer Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience in automotive and preventative maintenance, performing repairs on airport vehicles. Shift patterns vary based on age, with a commitment to supporting disabled individuals. This apprenticeship lasts for 36 months.
We are looking for a Heavy Vehicle Engineer Apprentice to join us here at Bristol Airport. As an Apprentice Motor Transport Engineer, you will learn to perform essential automotive and preventative maintenance, carry out repairs and technical services on a range of our airport vehicles every day.
Course: Heavy vehicle service and maintenance technician (level 3)
Level: 3
Route: Engineering and manufacturing
Apprenticeship Level: Advanced
Working Week: If you are aged 19 or over, the role is shift based, meaning you’ll work 4 12-hour day shifts, 06.00 - 18.00 hours followed by four days off. If you’re under the age of 19, you’ll work Monday – Friday 08.00 - 16.00 hours.
Expected Duration: 36 Months
