Qualifications

• Strong background in heavy vehicle, GSE, HGV, or plant maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to pass CRC & GSAT checks and obtain an airside pass.
• Customer-focused, safety-conscious, and proud of delivering quality work.

• Diagnose faults across hydraulic, pneumatic, and drivetrain systems.

Locations & Shifts

• Heathrow: 4-on / 4-off (choose between 06:30-18:30 or 11:30-23:30) — Salary: £47,000 + £3,000-£3,500 shift allowance + £500 weighting
• Gatwick: 4-on / 4-off (2 days, 2 nights - 06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00) — Salary: £47,000 + £4,000 shift allowance + £500 weighting
• Heathrow & Gatwick: Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00) — Salary: Up to £50,000 + overtime (1.5x) + company van + fuel card
