Job summary

British Gas is seeking Heating Installation engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers. You will install and upgrade central heating systems and ensure customers get the help they need when they need it.

Base Salary is £45,806 with uncapped OTE through our field reward scheme. We require ACS CCN1 and CENWAT qualifications and 3 years of full system installation experience, plus electrical knowledge for wiring on S-plan, Y-plan and two‑/three‑boiler configurations.

Qualifications

• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1 and CENWAT) or equivalent in plumbing or heating.
• 3 years' qualified experience behind you of full system installations.
• Electrical knowledge including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade central heating systems to a high standard.
• Work with a team of Gas Engineers to serve customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service on every visit.
