As part of Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, our 150 cover restaurant serves an eclectic Brasserie style menu featuring international favourites and British specials. We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join us at Pilots Bar and Kitchen.

You’ll need to have experience mixing classic cocktails, serving guests at the bar as well as looking after dispense and wine orders.

Ideally you will have experience as a Bartender within quality restaurants & bars; however, that gained from hotels or fast paced high street restaurants will also be suitable.

Most importantly you will need to have a great attitude and bags of personality so to offer an unforgettable experience that will be a highlight of our guests’ journeys.
