Responsibilities

• Overseeing health and safety across multiple sites
• Conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Supporting project teams with RAMS, site inductions, and toolbox talks
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and current legislation
• Advising site teams and senior management on all health and safety matters
• Promoting a positive safety culture across all levels of the business

Requirements

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum)
• Experience working for a main contractor on high–spec construction or fit–out projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to influence and lead H&S standards on–site and in the office
• Working knowledge of CDM regulations
