Job summary

Aira is hiring a Heat Pump Engineer in the UK to install the latest heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators, while training at the Aira Academy for professional growth. You will join a Europe-wide team of engineers and contribute to reducing costs and carbon footprints for families.

The role offers a base salary of £46,350 plus overtime and bonus, with 25 days leave, pension, and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 plumbing (or equivalent) required.
• Gas qualifications / Gas Safe registration required.
• Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps.
• Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators.
• Additional qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 plumbing or WRAS are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality heat pump installations safely and efficiently.
• Lead your team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Work closely with designers ensuring efficient, reliable systems.
• Each job provided with surveyed plans and schematic diagrams.
