Job summary

Clearfield Recruitment Limited in Norwich is seeking an experienced Heat Pump Engineer to join our client’s growing team. The role focuses on servicing and maintaining Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps across Norfolk, ensuring reliable system performance and customer satisfaction.

You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, complete planned maintenance, and document service reports in line with industry standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating.
• G3 Unvented Hot Water.
• Must Have F GAS.
• BPEC.
• Experience working with Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain ASHP and GSHP systems across Norfolk.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards and company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service whilst on-site.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Heat Pump Engineer to join our clients growing team based in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer with experience in the servicing and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) across Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain ASHP and GSHP systems across Norfolk.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
