Job description

The City of Doncaster Council is a confident, ambitious organisation which puts improving the life of its residents at the centre of everything we do. You have a opportunity to be part of this in the role of HEART Technical Business Support Officer.

An opportunity has arisen to join the HEART team as a Business Support Officer in a full-time, 37 hour, temporary post up to 31st March 2027 to cover a secondment; the postholder will work on a rota basis.

The post provides in depth Technical Business Admin support to the HEART team & service, taking referrals, making appointments, and scheduling work, all elements of finance, running complex reports. Working on a 5-week rota covering weekends and all bank holidays as per set rota patterns, between the hours of 8.30 to 4.30, 9.00 to 5pm and one day starting at 9.30 to 5pm.
