About the Role

As a Hearingcare Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, creating a warm and professional first impression for every customer. Working alongside our Audiologists and wider store team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth, supportive journey from the moment they walk in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Greeting customers with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Managing appointment schedules, check-ins, and reschedules.
  • Making daily confirmation calls to reduce no-shows.
  • Handling general queries about hearing tests, hearing aids, and aftercare.
  • Engaging with in-store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, stock control, and payments.
  • Keeping the clinic and reception areas tidy, organised, and welcoming.
