About the Role

As a Hearingcare Host you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic creating a warm and professional first impression for every customer. Working alongside our Audiologists and wider store team you’ll play a key role in ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth supportive journey from the moment they walk in.

What you’ll be doing
  • Greeting customers with warmth, empathy and professionalism.
  • Managing appointment schedules, check‑ins and reschedules.
  • Making daily confirmation calls to reduce no‑shows.
  • Handling general queries about hearing tests, hearing aids and aftercare.
  • Engaging with in‑store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, stock control and payments.
  • Keeping the clinic and reception areas tidy, organised and welcoming.

You’ll also need
