Qualifications

• Strong customer service background, ideally in healthcare or retail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers.
• Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks.
• Support hearing aid maintenance and aftercare.
• Assist Audiologists with clinic flow.
• Discuss hearing health with customers.
• Manage administration and customer records accurately.
• Provide a high-quality customer-centric service.
