In a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, you’ll use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and precision manufacturing techniques to create, customise, and repair small, intricate hearing instruments that make a real difference in people’s lives.

• Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to design, modify, and prepare digital models of hearing aid components and shells
• Collaborate with colleagues across production and quality teams to ensure every product meets Sonova’s high standards for accuracy and performance
• Cross-train in adjacent production functions to support operational flexibility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, following all health and safety procedures
• Perform visual and functional inspections to verify compliance with quality requirements
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in line with company standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance production processes
