SoCode in Cambridge is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a fast-growing HealthTech SaaS business combining internal IT and application support. You will be the go-to technical support specialist, handling 1st/2nd line issues across devices, SaaS platforms, user access and business-critical apps.

You’ll troubleshoot, onboard/offboard users, support Zendesk and Jira, and bridge operational teams with software engineering.

Formación

• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Technical Support or Application Support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Microsoft 365 and SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (Entra ID, MFA, RBAC).
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support across macOS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Slack, Box, Jira and related systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, MFA and access controls.
• Support internal users and external customers with application-related issues.
• Own support tickets through to resolution with strong stakeholder communication.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs and runbooks.
• Escalate and coordinate software bugs with engineering teams.
• Support clinical trial sites and sponsors on technical issues when required.
