Location: Manchester

We are looking for a Dysphagia Product Trainer to join our team delivering hands‑on training on delivering support products and equipment.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging dysphagia training sessions across care homes and healthcare institutions within your territory.
  • Gain agreement for prescription conversion to our dysphagia products and address any barriers in the prescribing process.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and influence positive change.
  • Provide accurate reporting and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

You will be accountable for achieving key performance indicators, including delivering a minimum of two care home training sessions per day and meeting sales and conversion targets.

What We’re Looking For
