A healthcare organization in Poole is seeking an enthusiastic Health Care Support Worker to support patients with acquired brain injuries. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Health Care Support Worker to join the progressive and dedicated team on Portland ward at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust, based at Poole Hospital.
Portland Ward is a 14 bedded Acquired Brain Injury & neurology Ward.
The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining and developing high standards. A friendly and patient-centred approach is vital to this exciting role.
Ward will be moving to Bournemouth site early 2026.

Please note if the role or service is relocated as part of a planned move, employees will not be eligible for excess mileage reimbursement. Travel from the postholder's home to the new work base will be considered a normal commute.
