A leading NHS trust in Norwich seeks reliable individuals to assist in patient care and support theatre staff. The role offers flexible hours and various benefits, including discounted gym memberships and career development support. Experience as a Healthcare Assistant is desirable but not essential. Candidates must be adaptable and demonstrate a caring approach during perioperative procedures.
The department utilises 25 Theatres which include Emergency, Obstetric, Vascular, Paediatric and ENT as well as Plastic and 2 Ambulatory Procedure Rooms. A number of theatres are used for multi-specialty procedures including General, Thoracic and Gynaecology. The Theatre Complex is committed to delivering outstanding care to our patients throughout their perioperative journey. Individuals need a good level of organisational skill and the ability to be dynamic with the ever changing workload. We are looking for individuals who promote the Trust PRIDE values and demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach to patient care.
HCA experience is desirable but not essential. As a department we value all of our team members and are committed in the promotion and development of all our staff.
