A Vacancy at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Mattishall Ward is looking to recruit Healthcare Support Workers – Clinical Care to join its busy but friendly team. Mattishall is a 38 bedded ward specializing in Endocrinology. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping and caring for others while working alongside the MDT. While working for us you will have the opportunity to develop skills and a career in care as well as learning about diabetes and endocrinology.
Under the direction of the registered professional, Healthcare Support Workers – Clinical Care work with all members of the multi-disciplinary team, to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of patient care delivered with dignity, respect and compassion. They are to act as a role model for other colleagues and provide support and guidance as appropriate to role. Clinically the Healthcare Support Worker – Clinical Care will be dealing with wound care, accurate documentation, be involved with nutrition, to be involved with observations and escalate as necessary, and to provide personal care amongst other things.
